Overtime and illness

Mother Nature and Old Man Murphy, being the bedmates that they are, came up with a jab/right hook combo of cold rain and massive telecom outages across California this week. Whenever this happens, we get overtired and everybody gets sick at the end of the week. Coughing, sneezing, sniffling, you name it. I feel like crap today, but if I call in, I lose my OT status. I'll get paid for the hours, but the overtime bonus won't be there.
