The Journey of a thousand miles part 2

So I got a call from the surgical center today. They checked out my insurance and the insurance will cover pretty much 100 percent of the costs. I'm responsible for the following costs:

20.00 copay

250.00 "administrative fee" (Bullshit to me, but ok)

150.00 psych eval fee ( required by the insurance company)

That's it. A 21000.00 surgery and it's going to cost me 420.00 out of pocket. I would be a damn fool to pass that up.
